Construction of a noise wall nearRobinson Road along the acceleration lane from Route 3 to Rt. 128/1-95 South in Lexington. Noise wall foundations are being constructed in varying soil types from rock to sand and gravel. The area where the wall was placed required alteration of the subgrade, the installation of drainage swales with rip rap, the removal and relocation of guardrail along Robinson Road, the removal and resetting or replacement of chainlink fence along the layout line, and extensive regrading and landscaping.
