The approach to safety by R. Zoppo Corp. is based on the belief that our employees are our most valued resource. Worker safety and health are the principal concerns of the Company. Without healthy and able-bodied individuals, the ability of the Company to function is impaired or non-existent. It is for this reason that Management is committed to providing a healthy work environment and preventing the occurrence of injuries.

The Safety Program of R. Zoppo Corp. is a living program as it continually goes through numerous revisions and updates based on learning experiences and changes in OSHA policy and regulations. The Safety Program has been formally documented and continually and diligently enforced. Management recognizes the “Safety Dividend” of minimal downtime, increased employee morale and worker efficiency. For this reason, all supervisors are responsible for ensuring that their employees are trained in approved safe work procedures and to work efficiently without accidents.
